Unique farm buildings

Farm building in Singapore
The SPARK architectural bureau has proposed a unique residential complex for the elderly with the functions of a vertical farm.
The authors of the project also thought about the problem when, after retirement, people who are still fully able-bodied are bored without work and regular activity. In the Home Farm complex, everyone will be able to work part-time on a vertical farm under the supervision of a special team of employees.

Shaping the building as a “vertical garden city”, the architects planned gardens and greenhouses at each level of the residential tower. This approach will allow residents to garden in an urban environment. Residential and public spaces will be organized in such a way as to encourage neighbors to interact with each other and create a sense of community comparable to the effect of a social network.
